The smoothness from lip waxing typically lasts 3 to 4 weeks depending on your hair growth cycle, if you choose to wax regularly it can slow down hair with growth over time..... It's a common myth, but actually waxing doesn't cause hair to grow back thicker or darker... many people find that with regular waxing hair grows back finer and more sparse over time.... the process of waxing pulls hair from the root which can weaken the follicle and lead to less dense hair growth.... It's perfectly normal to experience some redness or a slight irritation immediately after waxing.... this should subside within a few hours.... to minimize discomfort avoid touching the waxed area and apply a soothing cream or lotion... A slide ouch or a little discomfort is completely normal during your first facial wax.... it'll hurt less and less each time you visit.... You may have a little redness on the skin where it is waxed .... if you have a big event, please wax about 3 days before your event.... just to be safe...
